For many years I concentrated on botanical art -- drawing each plant in my garden in color pencil.
I am also interested in the human meaning expressed in the often quirky formal relationships of local landscapes. A southern California life is celebrated in small jewel-like images: the neighborhoods, gardens, streets and shopping centers, and also the beautiful harvest arranged on the kitchen counter.
